Most people don’t realize how many hours it takes Most people don’t realize how many hours it takes to earn a purple belt.
The mat time, the hard rounds, the days you didn’t feel like training but showed up anyway.
Johnson has been one of the toughest guys on our mats. High pace, high intensity, every single session all while working full time as an engineer.
His wrestling background has made everyone in this room better.
And when it’s time to give back, he’s there for our teen class. A role model they genuinely look up to. This belt represents hundreds of hours on the mat the consistency, resilience, and commitment to this art on and off the mat.
Proud of you, @ssj2johnsongov . Well earned!💜
