  1. Can I try out before signing up? Absolutely! We want you to feel confident in your decision to join us. That’s why we offer a Risk-Free Trial to ensure our programs are the right fit for you.
  2. I have never been in a gym before. Will someone show me what to do on my first visit? Of course! We’re here to support you. Our knowledgeable team will gladly assist you with any questions you have. In some cases, we’ll even pair you up with a more advanced student to guide you. Additionally, we have Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu gear available for your first visit if you don’t have your own.
  3. How do I become a member of Silanoe Martial Arts? Becoming a member is easy! Simply visit our studio at 556 W. Las Tunas Dr., San Gabriel, CA 91776. The sign-up process takes only about 5 minutes, or we can assist you over the phone. Give us a quick call or text us at: 626-789-7344.
  4. Is your academy a good fit for me/us? Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly environment where workouts are fun and educational. We want everyone to feel at home and help our students achieve their goals, whether it’s losing weight or becoming a world champion. But don’t just take our word for it! Check out the experiences shared by our students on platforms like Yelp, and Google.
  5. How intense are the classes? Do your classes involve sparring? Our classes are tailored to accommodate the skill and fitness levels of our students. While we encourage sparring, it is always optional and depends on the individual’s overall fitness and skill level.
  6. Will I get hurt or bruised taking Kickboxing/Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu? While there are no guarantees in life, our experience shows that injuries preventing training are rare among our students. Some bruising may occur, depending on individual factors. We offer classes suitable for beginners with less than 1 year of experience, which are less intense than advanced classes. Our instructors always differentiate based on the students’ levels.
  7. How can I cancel my membership? We hope you’ll continue training even after achieving your Black Belt. However, if you need to cancel, we’ve made the process easy. Just send us an email, fill out a cancellation form at the academy, or send a cancellation request by registered mail. To ensure your cancellation is processed, we’ll provide confirmation upon receiving and processing your request. If you don’t receive any confirmation, please reach out to us via email or phone to ensure we’ve received your request.
  8. Am I locked into any contract? No, you’re not locked into any contract. We only request a 30-day notice for cancellation to ensure proper enrollment adjustments.
  9. How much is parking? Parking is free and plentiful. You can access the parking area by entering Las Tunas Dr. between Shoe Repair and the Pharmacy, heading east, or through Alanmay Ave. located next to Fortune Bakery.
  10. Does Silanoe Martial Arts have a Privacy Policy? Absolutely! We value the privacy of our members and guests. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy Directive.
    11. What are your current monthly rates? At Silanoe Martial Arts, we understand that choosing the right membership plan can make a big difference in your fitness and self defense journey. We want to help you find the perfect plan that suits your unique situation and goals. Our kids rates start at only 159, and for adults it starts at 199 a month. We have discounts available such as for families and first responders. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us our friendly staff is here to guide you every step of the way.
