My nickname is Dolomite. It has been awarded to me by coach Chris.

Sean’s main goal is to stay active.

Staying active contributes to staying healthy in particular growing older according to the CDC. Unfortunately, more than 80% of adults do not meet the guidelines for physical activity which is examined by U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing will help you meet those guidelines so you can lead a happy and healthy life. If you would like to read about other Students of the Month such as Caleb click here.
